What Is a Women's Circle?
For thousands of years, women have gathered in circles. In indigenous cultures, in villages, in temples, and around hearths — the circle has always been a shape of equality, connection, and belonging. No one sits at the head. Everyone is seen.
A women's circle is an intentional gathering where women come together in a safe, held space to share, reflect, listen, and be witnessed. Unlike a class or a workshop, the circle has no curriculum. It follows the energy of the group, guided by a facilitator who holds the container with care.
In modern life, many women feel isolated — even when surrounded by people. We are busy, overstimulated, and often disconnected from our own rhythms. A circle invites us to pause. To put down the performance. To arrive exactly as we are.
In our circles, you may experience guided meditation, breath work, intention-setting, reflective journaling, and shared conversation. Each gathering is shaped by the season, the lunar phase, and the collective energy in the room.
There is no pressure to share. There is no expectation to perform. The only invitation is to be present — with yourself and with each other.
Women's circles are experiencing a beautiful resurgence because the need for genuine connection has never been greater. When we gather with intention, something shifts. We remember that we are not alone in what we carry.
