About Women's Ceremony

Women's Ceremony was born from a desire to create spaces where women can slow down, come home to themselves, and be held in genuine community. Led by Konstantina Markaki in Shelton, CT, these gatherings weave together movement, guided meditation, sound healing, and creative expression into evenings that feel both grounding and expansive.

We begin with guided meditation, flow into a mindful nature walk, and return for intuitive watercolor creation — exploring what's ready to emerge within you. No art experience needed. Come as you are.

About Konstantina

Konstantina Markaki is the founder of Women's Ceremony and the owner of Natural Ancient Remedies. She is also a photographer (@konstantinamarkakiphoto).

Her work is rooted in a reverence for beauty, healing, and the power of women gathering with intention. Through movement, meditation, sound, and creativity, she creates spaces where women feel safe to soften, explore, and reconnect with what's ready to emerge within them.
